We are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager in Real Estate in the Gulf countries: UAE, Oman, Qatar and others.
In this role, you will benefit from the following:

- Sales support system (help centre, call centre, back office, quality control department). Our Sales team receives leads that are already qualified from our very professional call centre

Skills
To thrive in this role, we’re looking for the following:
- Experience: at least 1 year in sales of real estate in Dubai, UAE, with a proven track record of closed deals (full deal cycle completed);
- Communication skills: highly developed negotiation skills, ability to find common ground with clients and employees alike;
- Presentable appearance: ability to represent oneself and the company at a high level;
- English language: at least B2/C1 level;
- Skills pertaining to all aspects of property sales: qualification of enquiry, bringing the client to the KFS, closing the deal. Knowledge of the main stages of sales funnel is required;
- Result-oriented: desire to earn and achieve set goals;
- Residency in Dubai or Abu Dhabi is an advantage;
