Sales Manager - Fresh Farm Produce

Sales Coordinator to lead our efforts in commercializing our fresh farm produces. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales, particularly in the food industry.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve fruit and vegetable sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to enter them effectively.
  • Collaborate with the team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, and report on sales performance.

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in fruit and vegetable or related agricultural products.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and drive performance.
  • Knowledge of farming practices and certifications (a plus).
