Responsibilities:
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing and new automotive dealers in Dubai.
- Drive dealer engagement, revenue growth, and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align dealer strategies with broader company objectives.
- Analyze market trends and dealer performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure dealers receive timely support, training, and resources to meet their targets.
Skills
Candidate Requirements:
- Location: Candidates must be based in Dubai.
- Language Proficiency: Bilingual fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in sales or relationship management, specifically in the automotive or related industries.
Preferred Traits:
- Strong network or experience working with automotive dealerships.
- Experience in managing relationships with dealers, especially in the UAE market.
Skill Set:
- Strong understanding of the automotive market and dealership operations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage relationships, drive results, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Data-driven with a focus on tracking performance metrics and dealer growth.
