  • Taking off quantities related to all structural works and architectural finishing works & preparing Bill of quantities.
  • Preparing tender packages & required documentation (as per company policy).
  • Preparation of tender evaluation reports.
  • Track changes in plans and preparation of variations for running projects.
  • Preparing subcontractors/suppliers payments & evaluating their work.

Skills

  • Previous construction experience in UAE
  • Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good experience in plan swift & AutoCad software
