External Financial Auditor

Requirements:


  • Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or any related field
  • CA/ACCA/CPA or any other equivalent qualification


Work experience:


  • 2 - 3 years of working experience in the field of auditing.


Key responsibilities:

 

  • Obtaining assurance on the truthfulness and fairness of financial statements, compliance with various applicable laws, accounting principles, accounting standards like IFRS and IAS, audit & assurance standards, analysis of financial assertions and statements.
  • Prepare financial statements and ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations.
  • Reporting to the firm’s partner about the audit work and final review.



Skills

  • Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial regulations and audit standards.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), interpersonal and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
