Key Responsibilities:

• Design water & wastewater treatment systems (ETP, STP, ZLD, RO, UF, DM, EDI, etc.).
• Perform process calculations and ensure system efficiency.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on project requirements.
• Estimate costs for budgeting, including power and chemicals.
• Develop technical and commercial proposals as per RFQ.
• Select equipment and design piping for treatment systems.
• Collaborate with sales teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct client meetings and present technical solutions.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Support EPC projects in design, proposals, and estimation.

Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Process & Proposal Engineer.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy in proposals.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Client-focused approach with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
• Familiarity with regulations and standards in proposal development.
• Expertise in engineering and technical aspects of water & wastewater treatment.
• Knowledge of tender documents and requirements in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong understanding of water treatment technologies (RO, DM, seawater desalination, UF, etc.).
• Practical knowledge of various technologies, equipment, and products in the water treatment industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Proposal Engineer or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of water & wastewater treatment industry practices is a plus.
• Graduate/Post-Graduate in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
