Our client is a global leader in Tools manufacturing and distribution for the Industrial and engineering sectors.

Due to the exceptional growth of their online webstore - they have a current open vacancy for the role of Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive.


This role reports directly to the eCommerce Sales & Marketing Manager – and you would be working in a group of three alongside the eCommerce Customer Support Executive

 

Responsibilities

·     Maintain the synchronicity, corporate identity, and aesthetic flow of the various social media channels.

·     Implementation of a brand-new Snapchat channel

·     Create engaging and organic content both on-site at their location and off-site at various points of interest and / or distributor showrooms.

·     Harbor a community of like-minded Enthusiasts on social media by working alongside the team to bring Seasonal Promotions and Giveaways, Networking and Demo Events, and Product Training Videos to life.

·     Be on the lookout for new influencers.

·     Partake in a monthly online-call with the Media Relations Team in Europe – where you will be responsible for the communication (with current) and scouting (of new) influencers.

·     Actioning and improving upon the 2025 Social Media Marketing Calendar – taking into consideration video shoot days, influencer requests, public holidays, and trade events.

·     Creation of webshop and Instagram banners and graphics.

·     Allocation of social media marketing budget to dedicated accounts in order to boost followers and impressions.

·     Working alongside the eCommerce Sales & Marketing Manager to create a brand-new Instagram shop complete with a product portfolio and presentation reflective of the brand quality and with full integration to our online store.

·     Generate weekly blog post entries as well as a monthly newsletter of all of subscribers

·     Create strategic paid and organic campaigns on Google Adwords.

·     Implementation of a Google Merchant Centre account and management of shopping listings.

·     Provide a monthly report on core metrics obtained from conversion tracking through use of Google Pixel (connected to the Shopify store).

·     With collaboration alongside the team, an ongoing project is to ensure full optimization of keywords, header text and category names on the webshop – as well as correct product information, quality product and lifestyle images on product listings, and organized product categorization.

·     Creation of a printable catalogue

Skills

Requirements:

·      An understanding of social media best-practices.

·      Experience in paid social media marketing and sponsored ads on Meta – including budget management.

·      A high-level of competency using Canva software.

·      Experience with Hubspot would be an advantage.

·      Video-and-audio editing skills.

·      Proficient level of spoken and written English.

·      Arabic language would be an advantage.
