Key Responsibilities:
Agency Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with external real estate agencies, brokers, and partner networks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for agency partners, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information to promote the developer’s projects.
- Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and presentations to educate agency partners about new projects, pricing, and promotional offers.
Sales Support for Agencies:
- Provide agencies with detailed project information, marketing materials, and client presentations.
- Support agencies in converting leads into sales by assisting with site visits, property tours, and client meetings.
- Address any concerns or inquiries raised by agency partners or their clients.
Promoting Off-Plan Projects:
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales through indirect sales channels.
- Promote the company’s portfolio of off-plan projects by highlighting investment opportunities, competitive advantages, and project timelines.
- Organize and participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events to enhance agency engagement.
Market Research & Insights:
- Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends, including competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and agency activities.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on agency performance, market conditions, and customer preferences.
Sales Targets & Reporting:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through indirect sales channels.
- Track and analyze the performance of agency partners to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on indirect sales activities, challenges, and results to management.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
- Assist agencies in completing the necessary documentation and contracts for off-plan property sales.
Skills
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales (minimum 3+ years), preferably with indirect sales or working closely with agencies.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan property market and real estate investment trends.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple agency accounts and drive sales performance through partner networks.
- Fluent in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Persian, Hindi, French are a plus).
