We are looking for a passionate and experienced Female Swimming Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in swimming, coaching, and water safety. She will be responsible for training swimmers of all ages and skill levels, ensuring a safe and motivating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Plan and conduct swimming lessons for beginners, intermediate, and advanced swimmers.
✅ Teach proper swimming techniques, breathing exercises, and water safety protocols.
✅ Develop personalized training programs based on students' skills and goals.
✅ Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to swimmers.
✅ Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and emergency procedures.
✅ Maintain a positive and encouraging environment for all students.
✅ Assist in organizing swimming competitions, events, and assessments.
Skills
✔ Certified Swimming Coach (ASCA, STA, or equivalent).
✔ Minimum [X] years of coaching experience.
✔ Strong swimming and lifesaving skills.
✔ Must have CPR and First Aid Certification.
✔ Excellent communication and motivational skills.
✔ Ability to work with children and adults.
