Job Description:
- Ensure timely placement of purchase orders, while maintaining up-to-date and confidential records.
- Coordinate dispatch schedules, monitor delivery status, and ensure shipments are insured and cleared on time.
- Record and report on orders, delivery statuses, and customer purchase data.
- Manage customer and project orders, liaise with relevant departments, and handle claims for defects, shortages, or missing parts.

Qualifications:
- Open to Asian & Arabic Nationalities
- 40 years old and below
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role from the same industry.
- Must have strong knowledge of import and export processes, including dealings with multinational accessory suppliers, and experience with ERP systems.
