As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by promoting and selling our HVAC products and services to clients in UAE. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong customer relationships while providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. You will collaborate closely with the sales and engineering teams to identify customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and secure new business opportunities.


Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and target potential customers in the UAE market, including building owners, contractors, consultants, and developers.
  • Conduct thorough technical assessments of client requirements and develop comprehensive proposals, cost estimates, and project timelines.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our HVAC solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and project scopes with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Provide technical support to customers throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the HVAC industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and technologies.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required..
