  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, including facility managers, construction companies, and industrial clients.
  • Present and demonstrate fire and safety products and services to potential customers, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Provide product recommendations, solutions, and pricing to clients based on their specific fire and safety requirements.
  • Technical Consultation and Support:
  • Conduct site assessments and inspections to assess the fire and safety needs of clients.
  • Provide technical guidance on the installation, maintenance, and operation of fire detection, suppression, and safety equipment.
  • Offer after-sales technical support and troubleshooting to clients to ensure systems are operating effectively.
  • Proposal and Quotation Preparation:
  • Prepare detailed technical proposals, including system specifications, cost estimates, and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure accurate and feasible solutions are presented.
  • Prepare competitive and accurate quotes for maintenance, installation, and service contracts.
  • Market Research and Industry Knowledge:
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, standards, and regulations related to fire and safety systems.
  • Monitor competitor activities and product offerings to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
  • Project Coordination:
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and customer service, to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of fire and safety solutions.
  • Follow up on orders and installations to ensure client satisfaction and timely execution.
  • Reporting and Sales Forecasting:
  • Track and report on sales activities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and conversion rates.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the sales manager.
