Africa Monobrand Deployment Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and result-driven individual to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accelerating the expansion of the Monobrand channel in Africa, identifying partners and locations to support the expansion, and fast-tracking the deployment of programs across the continent. This role requires excellent project management skills, a solid track-record in cross-functional collaboration, and good ability to influence both internal stakeholders and channel partners. - Define and implement a programmatic approach that supports monobrand channel expansion, ensuring timely and quality deployment of monobrand programs across the continent. - Identify channel partners to support the expansion, and lead the discussion related to coverage, process review and optimisation, deployment and lifecycle management. - Track to ensure timely and high-quality execution of the programs and in-store initiatives to ensure the right monobrand experience is brought to markets. - Develop key actions in order enhance program quality, performance and overall impact in the continent. - Ensure optimal program coverage across the Region, aligned with Apple standards of execution. - Foster strong relationships across all departments (Sales, Finance, Marcom, EMEA PoS Ops) to drive results, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. - Demonstrate agility, anticipate risks and solve problems to deliver program deployment objectives. KEY QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrated outstanding and validated capacity to successfully balance multiple concurrent projects according to scope, budget and timeline. You have clear understanding of budget management, branding and scalability. Manage time effectively, including ability to multi- task, organise and prioritise. You understand there are many moving parts in an organisation. Navigating the interdependencies within Apple is needed for success. The role requires high level of collaborative skills, including deep levels of cooperation through developing influential working relationships to deliver impactful business results. You know yourself—you have strengths, weaknesses and opportunities—but you also know the people around you and are open to their feedback. Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong background in retail operations and franchise management role across multiple markets.
  • Used to work in a matrix environment with extensive collaboration with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Experience in managing fragmented partners’ environment.
  • Understands the key tenets of branding, pays outstanding attention to details and have a passion for Apple’s ecosystem.
  • Existing knowledge of the Middle-East and Africa consumer markets and the key players is a plus.
