Roles -

Skills
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification in metallurgy or mechanical engineering is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience working in a manufacturing or metal processing environment.
- Previous experience operating rolling mill machinery or similar equipment is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints and schematics to follow production specifications.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks and operate heavy machinery safely.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
