Job Description:

•  Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training staff members, including servers, kitchen staff, and front-of-house employees.
• Help oversee the setup of the restaurant, ensuring all equipment, supplies, and materials are in place for a smooth opening including coordinating with suppliers, ensuring inventory management is in place, and assisting in the development of SOP for the kitchen and dining areas.
• Ensure the team is well-versed in menu items to deliver excellent guest experiences and proper food presentation
• Overseeing service quality, addressing any guest concerns, and maintaining a positive atmosphere while building a loyal customer base for the restaurant.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field; Certifications in food safety or customer service are a plus.
• At least 3 years of similar role experience from High-end or Luxury restaurants preferably in Italian cuisine
• Experience with pre-opening processes, restaurant setup, and training staff is highly desirable
