Experience:
8-10 years in project management, preferably with a strong background in managing complex, multi-stream projects. Experience with overseeing outreach programs or large-scale events is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation through to closure, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, providing updates and responding to inquiries.
- Coordinate with the Project Management Officers across all streams, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of their tasks.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with all teams to monitor progress, address challenges, and keep the project on track.

- Leadership and Coordination: Proven leadership skills with the ability to oversee multiple streams and coordinate efforts across various teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in managing relationships with clients, third-party providers, and other stakeholders.
- Project Methodology Expertise: In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile), capable of adapting methodologies to fit project requirements.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for reporting to clients and facilitating clear communication across all streams.
- Problem-Solving: Skilled in identifying potential project issues early and proactively addressing them.
- Reporting: Able to compile comprehensive reports and provide regular updates to the Mubadala Team on project progress, challenges, and achievements.
