As an HR Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the work culture, structure, and compliance of our company. Your primary responsibilities will include:

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and employee contracts in line with UAE labor laws.
  • Ensure proper documentation and tracking of employee records, visas, work permits, and labor contracts.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Lead the hiring process for new employees, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Work with management to identify workforce needs and department expansion.
  • Develop structured training programs to ensure smooth onboarding.

Payroll, Attendance & Benefits Management

  • Manage payroll processing, leave tracking, and attendance monitoring.
  • Oversee health insurance, compensation packages, and employee benefits.
  • Ensure accurate salary structures and end-of-service benefits.

Performance Management & Company Hierarchy Optimization

  • Implement KPI-based employee performance evaluation systems.
  • Structure and optimize the company’s hierarchy and department organization.
  • Develop career growth programs, incentive structures, and employee motivation plans.

HR System & Automation

  • Introduce HR automation tools for efficient record-keeping and workflow optimization.
  • Ensure all HR processes are digitized and structured for scalability.


Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles (preferably in automotive, service, or tech-driven industries).

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

✔ Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws & HR compliance.

✔ Experience in drafting contracts, managing payroll, and performance evaluation systems.

✔ Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and digital record-keeping (a plus).

Ability to develop structured HR policies and optimize workforce management frameworks.

Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

English required; Arabic is a plus.

Availability: 20-25 hours per week (flexible schedule).
