  • Supervise administrative staff and coordinate daily tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Handle client communications, ensuring timely responses and a high level of service.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date office systems, records, and filing.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing and promotional materials.
  • Ensure office compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Support management in budget planning, reporting, and decision-making.


Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of office operations and administrative procedures.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and real estate software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors and team members.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Knowledge of real estate terminology and process is a must.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Russian, Arabic and Filipino nationalities are preferred.
