Duties & Responsibilities:
· Job Posting and Advertising: Create and post job listings on various job board, social media platforms and also creating digital advertising methods to reach potential candidates.
· Candidate Sourcing: Actively search for potential candidates by networking and using online platforms like LinkedIn and professional associations. Also maintain databases, applicant tracking systems (Bayt.com, Indeed, LinkedIn), and other recruitment tools.
· Screening and Assessment: Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the job. Conduct initial phone screenings or video interviews to further evaluate candidates' skills.
· Face to Face Interviewing: Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for the position. Use a combination of behavioral and situational interview techniques to gauge a candidate's abilities and cultural fit.
· Reference Checking: Contact the provided references to verify a candidate's work history, skills, and qualifications.
· Offer Negotiation: Asist in negotiating job offers, discussing compensation, benefits, and other employment terms with the selected candidates.
· Submission of Documents: Collecting required documents for Visa Application.
· Candidate Visa Process: Follow up and Ensure that new employee visa process and all related visa activities are done on time.
· Onboarding: Ensuring that new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
Additional Administrative Task:
· Preparing recruitment request form to be signed by the HR Manager & Dep’t Head.
· Sending invitations, arranging interview schedule & facilitate interviews.
· Preparing job offer, collection of documents & Filling-up HR joining forms.
· Sending references check for the newly hired (White Collar position)
· Sending request to IT Dep’t to provide New joiner company email, telephone,
computers and stationaries.
· Providing employee ID number and recording all data to SAP system
- · Preparing monthly reports (cutoff) of new joiners list for payroll.
Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR or related field
- Minimum 4 years experience working in a similar role
- Knowledge of Sap system and other software applicable to role workload to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office packages, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
- Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding company, staff & personnel issues
- Demonstrated flexible approach and ability to work under pressure and to organize and manage workload to competing deadlines.
- Ability to do proper documentation; possess good record keeping ability
- Excellent communication skills
