As a personal trainer, you are required to:
1. Provide services on technical orientation of exercises, which will guide the client in training methodology, form of execution of the exercises, correction in the execution of the exercises, series to be performed of each exercise, number of repetitions to be performed of each exercise, rest intervals, duration of training sessions, and any other aspect related to safe and proper training, always using the technique instructed.
2. Comply with the instructions on the performance of the contracted work under the quality, terms, and conditions requested.
3. Make use of the facilities in which the services will be provided, complying with the rules that are communicated, both for the use of the machines as well as the other spaces in which the provision of the services will be carried out.
4. After its use, all the equipment is put back in its designated places.
5. Start the training sessions on time according to the assigned schedule.
6. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions.
7. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean according to company policies.
8. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
9. Provide respectful treatment to clients and co-workers.
10. Speak with others using clear and professional language.
11. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
12. Anticipate and address clients’ service needs.
13. Assist individuals with disabilities.
14. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
15. Support team to reach common goals.
16. Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
17. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., to identify defects).
18. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 30 kilos without assistance and objects weighing over 30 kilos with assistance.
19. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
20. Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces and up and down stairs and/or service ramps.
21. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
22. Protect company assets.
23. Comply with the other obligations inherent to the contract.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Certified Personal Trainer or experience in professional sports, professional dancing, ballet, or group classes.
