Responsible for managing the Audio & Accessory business in collaboration with the country teams. which includes working on the tactical, daily execution of the business, programs negotiation, demand generation, operational optimization, and building relationships with partners. Drive demand-generation activities with appropriate offers and marketing plans. Have a deep understanding of both the consumer and telco channel with deeply rooted interest in customer journey and overall experience. Drive sales programs and sell into partners, negotiating for the best offers, value added services and premium visibility to achieve the brand’s full potential in terms of attach and in turn growth. Work with regional cross-functional teams (Finance, Planning and Logistics) to provide ongoing partner forecast, business insights and manage inventory levels Contribute to define short- and medium-term growth sales strategies for Apple-branded Accessories, AirPods, and Beats across UAE & Rest of GCC, collaborating with Regional and Central teams. Propose portfolio assortments to ensure adequate availability by partner/POS in coordination with Central teams, and create tools that ensure easy implementation and follow-up by all Account Managers. Build deeper partnerships with key carriers and resellers, advocating for Apple-branded Accessories,AirPods, and Beats and enhancing customer experience through strategic online placement and merchandising initiatives. Minimum Qualifications

  • Relevant sales experience with focus on selling to major distributors, retailers, and resellers.
  • Proven capacity to achieve short-term objectives while driving long-term value for customers, resellers, and partners.
  • You have strategic, modelling and analytical skills with ability to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Strong critical solution skills to identify issues and opportunities, evaluate options and provide recommendations.
  • Skilled in developing cross-functional business processes, analyzing complex data (includingNumbers/Excel proficiency), and translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively within multicultural teams and adapt to diverse cultures, coupled with outstanding organizational abilities to manage priorities effectively.
  • Exceptional written and presentation skills (including Keynote proficiency) with executive-level presence.

  • Extensive experience in customer-facing sales, business development roles, or account management with a strong preference consumer sales experience.
  • English and Arabic proficiency.
