Skills
Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
Take accurate food and drink orders and deliver them promptly
Provide recommendations and answer questions about the menu
Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after guests
Handle customer requests and resolve issues professionally
Process payments and maintain accurate billing
Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timeliness
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waitress/server is a plus but not required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
