Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Coordination and Follow-up – Facilitate communication between departments and external entities, ensuring transaction quality and timely correspondence.
  • Document Management – Organize, archive, and maintain all files and documents related to the entity.
  • Logistical Support – Liaise with relevant authorities to provide logistical services for administrative tasks.
  • Project Monitoring – Track project progress, identify challenges, and propose effective solutions.
  • Reporting and Compliance – Prepare reports, track pending issues, and execute tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.


Skills

Preference

  • UAE National with Family book.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Coordination or Project managment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master in Business Administration or any related.
  • Strong English communication skills.
