Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of steel and construction projects, from initial planning and design to execution and completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring all milestones are met on schedule.
• Coordinate and manage teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders involved in the project to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being executed in compliance with safety standards, design specifications, and quality expectations.

Skills

Preference:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in managing steel, construction, or industrial projects, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical problems.
