Responsibilities:

• Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of chilled water systems, including piping, pumps, and cooling units.
• Ensure efficient operation of chilled water networks, troubleshooting issues and implementing corrective measures.
• Oversee a team of technicians, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and improve system efficiency.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders for smooth execution of projects.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, system performance, and any required repairs.
• Ensure compliance with HVAC industry standards, safety protocols, and local regulations.
• Assist in preparing reports, budgets, and material procurement related to chilled water systems.

Skills

Preference:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in chilled water systems, HVAC, or mechanical supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge of chilled water distribution, pumps, valves, and HVAC systems.
• Experience in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of chilled water plants.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
