We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing payroll for a large number of employees, particularly blue-collar workers, including salary processing, overtime, and bonuses. Experience in industries such as Construction, Waste Management, and Facility Management will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the payroll for 4,000 to 5,000 employees, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Handle salaries, overtime calculations, bonuses, and other compensations for blue-collar employees.
- Maintain and update payroll records for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll, bonuses, and deductions.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing payroll for large numbers of employees, particularly in blue-collar sectors.
- Experience in Construction, Waste Management, or Facility Management industries preferred.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software.
- In-depth understanding of UAE labor laws.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
