Duties:
- General Cleaning:
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Dust and polish furniture, surfaces, and fixtures.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Restroom Maintenance:
- Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, and other bathroom fixtures.
- Replenish toiletries such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
- Ensure restrooms are clean and hygienic at all times.
- Sanitizing and Disinfection:
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces, such as door handles, switches, and shared equipment.
- Use appropriate cleaning agents to prevent the spread of germs and maintain a hygienic environment.
- Specialized Cleaning Tasks:
- Clean carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
- Clean and polish floors using specialized equipment.
- Handle periodic deep-cleaning tasks such as washing walls or ceilings.
- Equipment Maintenance:
- Maintain cleaning equipment (e.g., vacuums, brooms, mops) in good working condition.
- Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment to the supervisor.
- Stock Management:
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies when necessary.
- Inform the management of any required stock.
- Health and Safety Compliance:
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
- Customer Interaction:
- Be polite and professional when interacting with staff, clients, or guests.
- Respond to cleaning requests promptly.
