• Design & Development: Lead the design, analysis, and implementation of electrical systems for projects across various sectors such as manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure.
• Project Management: Oversee electrical engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet all safety and quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior electrical engineers, ensuring their technical and professional development.
• Technical Expertise: Provide expert-level advice and solutions for complex electrical engineering challenges, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical issues.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all electrical designs and systems comply with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, civil, software, etc.) to integrate electrical systems into larger projects.
• Testing & Validation: Lead testing and validation of electrical systems to ensure they function as intended, identifying and resolving any issues before implementation.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documentation, including schematics, specifications, and reports, to communicate designs and solutions effectively.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and innovations, and apply best practices to improve electrical engineering processes and methodologies.

Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 7-17 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3-5 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Skills:
• Expertise in electrical design software (AutoCAD, MATLAB, ETAP, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations (NEC, IEC, etc.).
• Strong experience with power distribution, circuit design, and electrical control systems.
• Ability to lead complex engineering projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and lead junior engineers.
• Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
