Key Responsibilities:

• Legal Compliance & Advisory: Ensure compliance with UAE laws, DLD, RERA, and corporate regulations. Provide legal counsel on real estate, corporate, and business matters.

• Contract & Documentation Management: Draft, review, and oversee corporate, real estate, and vendor contracts to protect company interests.

• Dispute Resolution & Risk Management: Handle legal disputes, manage client complaints, and liaise with external legal counsel when needed.

• Regulatory & Government Representation: Act as the company’s legal representative for DLD, RERA, MOHRE, and Dubai Courts. Manage regulatory filings, licensing, and approvals.

• AML (Anti Money Laundering) Compliance: Serve as the AML Compliance Officer, overseeing transaction monitoring, risk assessments, and suspicious activity reporting in compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations.

• Internal Legal Compliance & Policies: Develop and enforce company legal policies, conduct internal audits, and ensure all legal procedures are aligned with UAE labor laws.

• Employee Training & Development: Develop and conduct legal training sessions for employees on compliance, contract obligations, and dispute handling. 

Skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).

• Proven experience in UAE real estate law, corporate legal matters, and regulatory compliance.

• Strong knowledge of DLD, RERA, MOHRE, and AML regulations.

• Expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution.

• Experience: Strong background in dealing with government authorities and police.

• Experience in legal training and employee education on compliance and regulatory matters.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and advisory skills.

• Language: Fluent in Arabic and English with a strong, professional vocabulary.

• Nationality: Arabic Speaker
