Job Description:
- Oversee and optimize restaurant operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in SOPs, cost controls, and team performance.
- Drive brand identity and customer experience by aligning operations with marketing strategies and consumer trends.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to enhance menu profitability and service standards.
- Collaborate with culinary, marketing, and design teams to execute brand initiatives and maintain a competitive market presence.
Skills
Qualifications:
- 48 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand or restaurant operations in the GCC, preferably in Kuwait, with a focus on high-volume, multi-location restaurants.
- English fluency required; Arabic is a plus.
