Silkor is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee operations, sales, and team performance at our clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, and team leadership, ensuring high standards of client satisfaction and business growth.

  • Sales & Business Growth: Drive revenue by setting and achieving sales targets, upselling treatments, and ensuring client retention.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily clinic operations, ensure SOP compliance, and maintain high service standards.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate the team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Client Relations: Maintain and enhance client satisfaction by ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor P&L, control expenses, and ensure the branch operates within budget.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with marketing teams for local promotions and campaigns to drive footfall.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate reporting of KPIs, manage stock levels, and adhere to company policies.
