Key Responsibilities:
- Channel strategy execution: Implement and manage operation strategies, optimize channel performance, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Partner relationship management: Collaborate with channel partners to strengthen relationships, improve performance, and address operational challenges.
- Data-driven decision-making: Analyze sales data, market trends, and partner performance indicators, and provide feasible suggestions to improve channel efficiency.
- Process optimization: Drive continuous improvement of channel operations, simplify processes, and improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Cross-department coordination: Work closely with sales, marketing and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of channel projects.
- Compliance and reporting: Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations, and provide channel performance reports regularly.

Skills
Qualification requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in business administration, marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
- At least [2 years] experience in channel operation, sales, or partner management. Background in the ICT industry is preferred.
- Excellent data analysis ability, able to interpret data and develop strategic plans.
- Proficient in using office tools such as Excel and Microsoft Power BI
- Excellent copywriting ability, able to clearly present business logic and strategy
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
