A leading aerospace and technology firm is seeking a Starlink IFE Engineer to lead the integration and deployment of cutting-edge In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) and Connectivity solutions across commercial and private aviation fleets. Responsibilities:
- Lead the installation, testing, and certification of Starlink IFE systems on various aircraft platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, regulatory bodies, and airline partners to ensure seamless integration of satellite connectivity solutions.
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and system optimizations to enhance performance and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with EASA, FAA, and GCAA regulations for IFE and satellite communication systems.
- Provide technical training and support to airline maintenance teams and operators.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying enhancements to system architecture and functionality.
Requirements:
- Experience in aviation connectivity, satellite communications, or IFE systems.
- Strong background in aircraft integration, avionics, and RF systems.
- Familiarity with Starlink or other satellite broadband technologies.
- Expertise in aircraft certification, STC approvals, and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of IP networking, aircraft data buses, and system architecture.

Skills
- Expertise in satellite communication systems, particularly Starlink and other LEO/MEO satellite networks

- Proficiency in IP networking, routing, and cybersecurity principles for aviation connectivity
