Due to our expansion into development, we are looking for a strong Finishing Materials Purchase Manager

Role

The Procurement Manager essentially acts as the bridge between the company and the supply chain, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to overall business efficiency and success.

You will be handling the supply of finishing materials for the company's projects, effective interaction with suppliers and contractors as well as the control over the compliance of construction materials quality and also the optimization of procurement prices through better terms with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement of finishing materials for the company's projects
• Interaction with suppliers
• Control over compliance with production plans, delivery deadlines, and procurement budget
• Search for new suppliers
• Maintenance of accompanying documentation
• Optimization of costs and procurement timelines

Skills

• Fluent in English (C1) and Russian. Additional languages are a plus
• Experience in the construction industry is required
• Experience in procurement of finishing materials for at least 2 years
• Knowledge of the technical characteristics of finishing materials and understanding of construction processes
• Negotiation skills
• Documentation management skills
• Responsibility, attentiveness, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the Dubai construction materials market
• Existing supplier database
• Quality and materials control
• Experience handling complex negotiations and securing large contracts
