Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage IT stations and infrastructures, including networks, servers, information security, and communication systems.
- Lead technological projects such as system upgrades and the implementation of new technologies.
- Develop and enforce information security policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide optimal technological support.
- Adhere to IT budgets and perform cost-benefit analyses for technological projects.
- Integrate IT strategy with the company’s overall business goals.

Skills
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of IT experience, preferably within the fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft systems.
- Great troubleshooting skills and strong knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, hardware and peripheral devices.
- Good understanding of Windows Networking (DHCP, DNS).
- Proven ability to lead projects set up IT stations, and manage infrastructures in a global environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi is a significant advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
- Master’s degree or professional certifications are a plus.
