In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our marketing team in promoting our real estate projects and enhancing our brand visibility. In this role, you will assist in executing marketing campaigns, create engaging content, and support the sales team in generating leads and ensuring efficient marketing operations.

 

Role & Responsibilities:

·    Content Creation & Management:

  • Assist in creating marketing materials like brochures, flyers, social media posts, email newsletters, and property listings.
  • Update and maintain the company's website and social media platforms with the latest property listings and news.

·    Campaign Coordination:

  • Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including digital ads, social media campaigns, and email marketing.
  • Coordinate with external vendors (like graphic designers, photographers, and digital marketing agencies).

·    Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, property trends, and competitor activities.
  • Assist in gathering customer feedback and insights to enhance marketing strategies.

 

·    Event Planning:

  • Help organize open houses, property launches, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
  • Coordinate logistics, prepare marketing collateral, and manage event registrations.

·    Lead Generation & CRM Support:

  • Assist in managing customer databases and CRM systems to track leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Support the sales team by preparing lead reports and ensuring timely communication with potential buyers.

·    Administrative Support:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing inventory, and processing invoices.
  • Prepare marketing reports and presentations for management review.

·    Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

 


Skills


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (social media platforms, email marketing tools, Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and lead management.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience (2-3 years) in marketing real estate company or developer company
  • Experience with social media platforms, email marketing, and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
