Description
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to both sales and technical support. These responsibilities often combine product knowledge, customer relationships, and market awareness to drive sales success. Some key responsibilities include:
Sales Growth & Market Expansion:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Sales Manager across all product categories.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to enhance revenue and increase market penetration.
- Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and prepare competitive quotations.
Product Promotion & Technical Support:
- Promote and sell a diverse range of industrial products, including valves, pumps, PICVs, and heat exchangers.
- Provide clients with technical guidance on product specifications, applications, and installation requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting the best solutions tailored to their needs.
Market Analysis & Business Development:
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.
- Identify potential markets for expansion and develop long-term business opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
Reporting & Coordination:
- Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and performance updates to the Sales Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipelines in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery.

· Strong technical knowledge of relevant products and applications.
· Minimum of 5 year's experience
