Job Description:
- Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets.
- Handle procurement processes, evaluate tenders, and manage contractor agreements.
- Measure and track project quantities to ensure accurate billing and project scope adherence.
- Assist the executive team with meetings, reports, and maintaining project documentation.
Qualifications:
- Open to Filipinas, 30-40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- With civil engineering license and strong English communication skills
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD (2D and 3D); Primavera knowledge is a plus
