About the Role
The Recruitment Consultant will source candidates, market map, deal with stakeholders as well as generate new business whilst working with existing clients across the wider business. In this role, it is a requirement to have thorough knowledge of the technical and non-technical requirements that the market dictates coupled with a professional, driven, innovative and entrepreneurial approach.
About You
This role will require someone with an ethical, consultative, value-driven approach combined with an in-depth knowledge of either Financial Services, Marketing or Technology with a successful track record within recruitment. For these roles, we are looking to hire recruiters with 2 - 3 years’ experience in a 360-recruitment role. Successful candidates can expect a strong package with unrivaled commission.
