Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales: Assist clients in buying secondary properties (ready to move in) or off-plan properties (under construction), helping them find their perfect investment or home.
  • Leasing: Facilitate long-term and short-term rental agreements for clients, ensuring they find the right property that fits their needs.
  • Client Relations: Build strong relationships with both buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of property sales and leases. Ensure all deals are closed efficiently, while meeting clients' expectations.
  • Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, property values, and regulations in Dubai to provide expert advice to clients.

Skills

Requirements:

  • Real Estate Knowledge: A solid understanding of real estate concepts, market trends, and property types (secondary, off-plan, long-term, and short-term leases).
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to close deals, negotiate terms, and deliver on targets. Experience in sales or real estate is a plus but not essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-Motivated: A highly motivated individual with the drive to exceed sales targets and achieve high commissions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using real estate platforms (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut), and basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
  • Client-Centric: Strong focus on understanding client needs, providing solutions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Multilingual (Preferred): Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, particularly English, Arabic, French, Spanish, Russian, or Hindi.
