Employment Type: Full-time (3-year contract)

Laptop Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop

Travelling allowance for client/restaurant visits: 750 AED Quarterly

Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 monthly remuneration


About the Role  

As an IT Support Executive at LimeTray, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical assistance to clients, ensuring smooth installation and operation of LimeTray’s software solutions. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with documentation, resolving client queries, and facilitating cheque collection when required.


Key Responsibilities  

  • Conduct in-person visits to client locations (restaurants/business units) for IT and operational support.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot LimeTray’s software solutions on client systems.
  • Assist clients with menu modifications, report updates, and backend system management.
  • Address and resolve technical challenges to ensure seamless client operations.
  • Collect cheques and necessary documentation from clients as per company policies.
  • Provide technical training and support to clients, ensuring smooth adoption of LimeTray’s solutions.
  • Respond to internal and external queries, collaborating with product, sales, and support teams to resolve client concerns.
  • Identify critical IT issues and escalate them for timely resolution.
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assist in onboarding new team members.
  • Track and optimize key operational metrics for efficiency.

Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support, technical assistance, or a related field.
  • Basic technical knowledge is a must, including software installations, troubleshooting, and backend configurations.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are non-negotiable.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and proactively resolve IT-related issues.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site client visits (travel allowance provided quarterly).
