Job Overview:
We are looking for an organized and dynamic Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the floor and ensure smooth and efficient work processes. As a Floor Supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining operational standards, optimizing team performance, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Monitor floor operations to ensure workflow is running efficiently and meets company standards.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, providing assistance, and ensuring quality service.
- Maintain inventory control, ensuring stock levels are sufficient and well-managed.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Coordinate schedules, assist with shift planning, and address any staff issues that may arise.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Handle conflict resolution and ensure positive communication between team members.
- Report to management about daily operations, staffing, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

- Knowledge of Syrve application and basic MS Office applications.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Strong work ethic, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry.
