Job Overview:

We are looking for an organized and dynamic Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the floor and ensure smooth and efficient work processes. As a Floor Supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining operational standards, optimizing team performance, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both customers and staff.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Monitor floor operations to ensure workflow is running efficiently and meets company standards.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, providing assistance, and ensuring quality service.
  • Maintain inventory control, ensuring stock levels are sufficient and well-managed.
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Coordinate schedules, assist with shift planning, and address any staff issues that may arise.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Handle conflict resolution and ensure positive communication between team members.
  • Report to management about daily operations, staffing, and customer feedback.

Skills

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Syrve application and basic MS Office applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong work ethic, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of Syrve and basic MS Office applications.
  • Ability to train and motivate a team.
