We are looking for a dynamic and professional individual to join our team as a Jewelry Salesperson. The ideal candidate should have a passion for luxury products, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong desire to drive sales. We are also looking for candidates with prior experience in luxury retail, jewelry sales, or high-end customer service within the GCC, particularly in the UAE. Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.

Skills

  • Proven Sales Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, ideally in luxury goods or jewelry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer-Focused: Ability to engage customers, understand their needs, and offer personalized product recommendations, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Basic knowledge of jewelry materials (such as gold, diamonds, gemstones) and the ability to articulate their value and quality to customers.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English is a plus. Ability to build rapport with customers and effectively communicate product details.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills to maintain store displays and inventory.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well with a team in a collaborative environment.
  • Professionalism: A well-groomed, positive attitude, and a commitment to high standards of customer service.
  • Sales Target Orientation: A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to understand and cater to the diverse customer base in the UAE.
  • Stock Handling: Ensure jewelry stock is properly displayed, organized, and well-maintained. This includes ensuring pieces are clean and in excellent condition.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory, notify the management of low stock, and assist in stocktaking or restocking activities.
  • Store Display: Help with setting up attractive jewelry displays to catch customer attention and enhance the store’s aesthetic.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the store and jewelry showcases are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Transaction Handling: Process customer purchases, including invoicing, payment processing (cash, card, or installment options), and providing receipts.
  • Documentation: Accurately record customer information, sales transactions, and warranties as needed.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest jewelry trends, market prices, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
  • Product Knowledge: Be well-versed in the types of metals, gemstones, and diamond grading systems, as well as the cultural significance of different jewelry items in the UAE.
  • ecurity Protocols: Follow store protocols related to the security of high-value jewelry items and manage the risk of theft.
  • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to the company’s policies, including sales promotions, returns, warranties, and customer privacy.
