Administration And Finance Manager

We are looking for a dynamic female candidate with experience in interior and construction to join our team as an Admin/Document  Control with some Finance responsibilities. This role involves managing administrative and accounting tasks to ensure our office and financial functions run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Accounting:
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and financial reports.
  • Maintain financial records.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Administration:
  • Handle general office administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Maintain office support, Document control of all projects and place orders as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Assist with human resources tasks such as payroll processing and employee records management.
  • Oversee office maintenance and repairs.
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare regular reports on financial and administrative activities.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in both finance and administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
