Job Overview:
Develop sales of natural and organic products (dried fruits, coconut chips, etc.) in the UAE market by attracting new clients and building long-term partnerships to establish a strong brand presence.
Expected Results (KPIs and Key Objectives):
1. Client Base and Sales Development:
- Add at least 20 new stores to the client base each month.
- Secure supply agreements with at least 40 partners within the first three months.
- Within six months, ensure product availability and stable sales in 100+ retail points, with at least 10 units sold per day per location.
2. Market Research and Field Work:
- Personally visit stores, restaurants, supermarkets, and other potential retail points.
3. Client Interaction and Order Processing:
- Conduct negotiations, process orders, and monitor delivery.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure 95% partner satisfaction.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients.
4. Basic Understanding of Business in the UAE:
- Monitor key business processes and avoid critical mistakes.
- Collaborate with the accountant/legal team on contracts and documentation.
5. Supply Planning and Analysis:
- Collect information on client needs.
- Generate reports on average product volumes required for stable supplies.
- Pass data to the purchasing team for inventory optimization.
Skills
Competencies (Skills, Knowledge, and Personal Qualities):
✅ Required:
- Experience in B2B sales (working with retail, stores, distributors) for at least 1 year.
- Conversational English (required).
- Category B driver’s license (required) + at least 1 year of driving experience.
- Negotiation skills, deal closure, and objection handling.
- Willingness to work in the field – visit stores and negotiate with shop owners.
- Strong communication, persistence, and results-oriented.
✅ Preferred:
- Experience in FMCG / food sales / organic products.
- Knowledge of the UAE market or experience working in the region.
- Ability to work with CRM systems or Excel to manage the client database.
