  • Assist in recruitment, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Handle new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in benefits administration and employee inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Support payroll processing and track employee time-off requests.
  • Handle HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives and training programs.


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of HR experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
