Should have 3 to 5 years experience in Abu Dhabi - UAE experience in Sales Support and Logistics
Location: KEZAD, Abu Dhabi
Job responsibilities :
- Coordinate Sales Team: Manage team schedules, file important documents, and effectively communicate relevant information to the team.
- Customer Support: Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support when requested, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Assistance: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including coordinating between departments and preparing necessary documents.
- Sales Orders and Quotations: Prepare and process sales orders and quotations in an accurate and timely manner.
- Document Preparation: Prepare essential documents like Certificates of Origin, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Skills
- In-depth understanding of commodities trading and related processes.
- Proficiency in preparing trade documents, including Certificates of Origin and other relevant paperwork.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage schedules, files, and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and customers.
- Proven experience in sales support & Logistics handling administrative tasks, and responding to customer queries.
- Experience in ERP system and in SAP is an added advantage
- Must have minimum 3 to 4 years UAE experience.
