· Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office and Direct to appropriate person
· Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
· Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
· Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (e.g., monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
· Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and must Computer Literate (Outlook, Word and Excel.
· Prepare Daily report for Vehicles in and out.
· Monitor and Record Vehicles documentation, license expiration, gasoline used and fine.
· Prepare staff uniform design to be approved by the management.
