- Generate weekly and monthly reports regarding sales information or areas to be improved upon.
- Ensuring optimum accuracy in terms of data entry and record keeping.
- Monitoring data errors and creating report to submit to the management.
- Conducting thorough updating of the database with a higher level of accuracy.
· Experience with ERP system, such as Focus, SAP or Oracle
· Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders.
· Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.
· Organize existing data in a spreadsheet report
· Provide occasional administrative support.
- · Provide data entry support across departments entering Products returns and expiration.
Skills
- The ability to Operate Standard Office Equipment.
- Must possess good typing speed.
