Job Title: Male Indian Chef
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Chef to prepare authentic Indian cuisine, specializing in traditional and modern dishes. The chef will be responsible for menu planning, ingredient selection, food preparation, and maintaining high kitchen hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items, biryanis, and regional specialties.
- Develop and refine recipes to enhance flavors and presentation.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Manage kitchen inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Expertise in Indian spices, cooking techniques, and regional flavors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain kitchen efficiency.
